These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TourMe (the “Service”), operated by Learning Guru Technologies, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Using the Service
You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

5. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
Some features may require payment (for example, a trip pass, subscription, or one-time unlock). Prices and features may change over time.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Your purchase may be subject to the provider’s terms and policies.
